今年上半年，行动派直播营举办了二期国际研讨会。第一期邀请了千万畅销书的国际IP本田健分享他走上人生巅峰的经历；第二期则是邀请了有”梦想实现家“之称的山崎拓巳，来分享如何实现梦想，享受人生。

得益于此，我得以用更高的视野，打开关于未来更深的思考，也能够在更高的维度上布局未来发展。

话不多说，我先揭晓这次国际研讨会的主题—— 用一颗珠宝影响世界，如何做一位有影响力的长期主义者。 熟悉我的小伙伴都知道，下半年，我开始逐渐尝试以教培主播的身份直播带货，在大家的支持下取得了不错的成绩，特别是7月27日的视频号珍珠场直播带货，我创下了424万GMV。

Because wearing pearls is a pleasure of beauty, admiring jewelry is also a pleasure of beauty.We also know that the beauty of jewelry can span regions, time and space, gender and so on.

Last time, I wrote in an article reviewing the pearl belt special session:

"Pearls are mussel hearts that are polished by sand grains and automatically secrete a crystalline liquid to wrap around, eventually producing precious pearls.

It is not a symbol of power or wealth that is advertised in the market, but an interpretation of the meaning of life, inclusiveness, crossing, growing and maturing in communion.”

The same is true of jewelry. It is a story, a touch, a feeling, a presentation of all kinds of beautiful things.

We can also learn a lot from jewelry.

For this seminar, I invited two heavyweight guests.

他从一个小小珠宝商成长为如今的珠宝收藏界鼎鼎有名的大师，靠的就是长期主义，和一步一个脚印。

30年前，他到处收集皇冠时，很多人笑他；30年后，人们开始疯抢他的收藏品，甚至开始竞标。

认准一个目标并坚持下去，时间给了他想要的答案。

有川一三先生身上这种长期主义的精神深深触动了我。

他不仅是珠宝收藏界的佼佼者，在生活中，也是令人十分敬重的前辈。 他还做过一件事，让我至今都无比震撼，也十分感动。

He believes that the most needed force in life is gratitude, so he wrote the people who needed gratitude the most in his life in his book to remind himself to be grateful at all times.His notebook has more than 800 personal names.

并且，他每年会在12月至春天前后发出上千份祝福卡片，大部分都是他的亲笔，十年如一日地用心对待每个人。
